To make this transition as easy as possible for customers and maintain confidence, GLS has been preparing for all forms of Brexit for several months now with a Europe-wide, centrally coordinated project.

Businesses require an Economic Operators’ Registration and Identification (EORI) number for deliveries to countries outside of the EU. Applications for this number can be submitted to the German customs authority.
