Previous information before contracting of services via GLS app

  • To contract GLS logistic services, the shipping data must be entered to generate the rate and invoice. Subsequently, a Parcel Shop (point of convenience) will have to be selected to deposit the package for shipment. Terms and Conditions must be accepted, and then pay the price of the transport through the payment gateway enabled for this purpose. Finally, a QR code will be sent to the indicated email so that by showing the same, the package can be delivered to the Parcel Shop indicated above.
  • The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived for the legally established time and will only be accessible by General Logistics Systems Spain S.A. personnel. For maintenance functions and defense of claims and demands or the fulfillment of legally established obligations.
  • A prior validation of the data entered by the user has been established before proceeding to the payment of the shipment. Such validation will allow the recipient to verify and correct all erroneous data.
  • The contract may be formalized in Spanish and English.
